Client Spotlight: How BVC Group are pioneering culinary innovation

Established in 2013 by childhood friends, BVC Group has rapidly grown into a dynamic hospitality group with a strong portfolio of innovative and high-quality concepts across London and internationally. We spoke to one of the Founders about the group’s journey from the bustling streets of Central London to dining hotspots in Dubai.

A global journey that started in Mayfair

BVC Group’s journey began with the launch of North Audley Cantine (NAC) in the heart of Mayfair. This inaugural venture set the tone for what would become a series of successful endeavours, characterised by creativity, quality, and a keen sense of market trends. NAC’s success paved the way for further expansion, leading to the birth of other distinctive brands such as Ahi Poké, Crème, and Supernova.

Innovation at the heart

What sets BVC Group apart in the crowded hospitality landscape is its unwavering commitment to innovation. Each brand under the BVC umbrella boasts a unique identity and concept, meticulously crafted to offer exceptional customer experiences. The group’s in-house expertise spans food, branding, and operations, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs seamlessly and delivers high quality service.

By constantly monitoring new culinary trends and drawing inspiration from global dining experiences, BVC Group stays ahead of the curve. This proactive approach allows the group to identify and capitalise on emerging trends, thus keeping its brands competitive and relevant.

Strategic moves and expansion

In a strategic move in 2021, BVC Group sold Ahi Poké to Poké House Europe. This sale allowed BVC to focus on other ventures and explore new opportunities for growth. The group has also embraced franchising and licensing, partnering with key stakeholders to facilitate its international expansion. These strategic alliances have significantly enhanced brand recognition and market reach.

Vision for the future

Looking ahead, BVC Group is poised for continued growth and diversification. With plans to expand its current portfolio both locally and internationally, the group remains committed to pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation. Additionally, BVC is actively developing new brands and concepts, further cementing its position as a leader in the hospitality industry.

BVC’s journey from a single Mayfair restaurant to adding international locations is a testament to its visionary leadership. As the group continues to evolve and expand, it remains dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences and shaping the future of food.
