Paddy Behan

I joined Simmons Gainsford in 2015 as Indirect Tax Partner. I began my tax career in Ireland and have worked with international accounting firms in both Ireland and the UK.

I act for clients in relation to request for review of technical decisions, penalties, disputes, and appeals to the First-Tier Tax Tribunal. In criminal cases, or cases with a possibility of criminal prosecution, I take instructions from solicitors and acts as a consultant to the legal team. I also provide a strong consultancy offering.
